In its less than six-year history, The Local Noodle has published many articles that focus on environmental topics. It has been such a mainstay topic that it featured on the front page of the first issue in November 2018 and the most recent issue in November 2023. Throughout these articles, The Noodle makes fun of many different aspects of environmentalism on campus, ranging from students' facades of eco-consciousness to the administration's questionable claims over carbon neutrality.
